Provide professional greeting and welcoming with clear and appropriate instruction to company’s visitors.
Perform administrative responsibilities such as sorting and handling data entry, making and maintaining documents and reports, working with vendors, etc.
Obtain good sense in being open-minded towards digital transformation by interacting with different applications.
Activeness in receiving and handling ad hoc job duties as being assigned related to facilities management scope.
Positivity is required and initiatives for work’s enhancement are welcome.
Maintain safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.
