1. As Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer, you are responsible for the supplier quality activities in strategic purchasing throughout the whole purchasing process。 作为经验丰富的供应商工程师，您负责整个采购过程中的量产前后采购质量活动。

Have good knowledge and experience in supplier quality management of EMS/PCBA, E-Compo., especially experienced with STM line, quality controlling of wave soldering process, can read Gerber file, conduct on technical discussing, set up and assess ICT and FCT tests according to requirements. 在EMS/PCBA 及电子件的供应商质量管理方面有很好的知识和经验，特别是在STM线及插件波峰焊 质量管控有相关经验，能够读懂Gerber文件，进行前期做技术讨论，能根据要求在供应商端设立 和评估ICT和FCT测试。
3. New project quality management from earlier concept design phase until series production, during the process, you will conduct on TSD (Technical supplier discussion), DFM, review and define PQA (Preventive Quality Assurance) to make sure of launching projects successfully. 新项目前期质量管理：从概念设计导入阶段到量产阶段的质量管理； 在此过程中进行供应商零件 的技术讨论（TSD）,可制造性分析（DFM）,评估和定义PQA上关键管控的特性，确保项目的成功 上线。
4. Define and implement supplier annual quality improvement activities, and work with PUQ1 colleagues to review progress of supplier quality improving progress. 制定并实施供应商年度质量改进项目，同PUQ1同事一起工作评估供应商质量改进进度。
5. Conduct process audit and process confirmation at supplier site, identify risk/weak areas and drive for continuous improvement by timely follow-up of corrective actions 在供应商现场进行过程审核和过程确认，识别风险/薄弱环节，推动持续改进，及时跟进供应商改 进纠正措施的实施。
6. Supplier quality monitoring and reporting with effective escalation management, 供应商质量监控和报告以及有效的升级管理
7. Quality complaints management through 8D or SQAP, knowledge of VDA6.3, also familiar with quality tools like FMEA, MSA, SPC, use these tools to resolve quality issues 采用8D或者SQAP(Supplier Quality Action Plan)对供应商进行质量投诉管理, 熟悉质量工具如： VDA6.3, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 应用这些质量工具解决质量问题。
8. Complaint Management: pre-investigation of claimed part, Systematic failure analysis for preventive actions 客户投诉管理：预先的投诉调查，对投诉零件的失败原因分析以便给出抑制措施。
9. Job rotation or possible new assignment for quality management of new category based on Bosch business necessary. 轮岗或者可能基于博世业务进行新商品类别的供应商质量管理工作分配，
10. Others assigned from Supervisor. 其它上级交代的事项。
