Daily closely hands-on management for each strategic project.
Standardizing and continuously improving for projects concept, tools and processes.
Collaboration with internal customers and other departments e.g. GS/PUI, GB and plant.
Collaboration with GS colleagues from APAC countries.
Responsible for the measures of budget reduction and efficiency increase.
Responsible for business growth target via acquiring internal and external consulting service businesses.
Responsible for team management, building talent pipelines and expert capabilities as well.
Identify and lead project in the scope of:
Warehouse performance improvement
Warehouse material flow optimization (Mapping & design)
Logistic cost reduction
Standardize and optimize warehouse process and good practice sharing.
Design and implement warehouse service supplier development.
Leading I4.0 projects in warehouse, automation and digitalization.
