Job Description
Functional leadership of the international Operations Team and ensuring the implementation of all operational processes
Onboarding and further development of the Shared Service Centre in Vietnam, including the organization of knowledge transfer, process documentation, and capacity allocation
Close coordination with the E2E-Transfer Price (TP)- and Licence - Management project team regarding the operational implementation of the further project rollouts
Contact person for the operational implementation of special topics within the scope of TP- and Licence- management (US Tariffs, Customer compensations,…)
Contact person for stakeholder inquiries (local- / regional CTGs, GB- / BU - CTG) regarding TP changes within the scope of the Transfer price Management Tool (Optravis)
Coordination of digitalization initiatives and the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) of operational processes
