Mentor, train and develop associates as Problem Solving Leaders or Sponsors following a strategic thinking and structured method to find and eliminate technical and managerial root cause.
Support Value Stream organizations as well by coaching Problem Solving Teams in order to fix critical and repetitive problems.
Coordinate the Project selection criteria through the Steering Committee (VS, MSE, Plant level) base how Plant Indicators area affected. โข Assure that projects selected have all resources assigned (Leader, Sponsor, time, etc).
Coach Problem Solving technics and strategic thinking. โข Periodical project status review with sponsors and leaders.
Keep and tracking JuP1 personnel trained and certified in Problem Solving Methodologies, and projects implemented by these associates.
Problem Solving Projects tracking (Status, savings, next steps, etc).
Projects assessment to evaluate quality, report cost avoidance coming from closed projects.
Identify and remove barriers to problem solving projects success.
