We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to leaders, driving the People & Organization strategy and supporting critical decisions with a future-oriented perspective.
In this role, you will work closely with the business, helping to build strong teams, inspiring leadership, and an organization that is ready for the future.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, advising on people strategy, organizational design, performance, culture, and change management.
- Support leaders in talent management, team development, succession planning, and retention.
- Lead and implement key HR processes (performance management, talent reviews, engagement, development, workforce planning).
- Advise and support labor relations matters, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with internal policies.
- Manage employee relations topics, organizational climate, and the resolution of complex situations.
- Support reorganization, transformation, and change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and team engagement.
- Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Employer Branding).
- Analyze HR metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
- Promote a culture of responsible leadership, diversity, inclusion, and well-being.
