As ECU Series Care Manager
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between global departments, including Hardware and Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
- Ensure smooth coordination between stakeholders to support stable serial production and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify technical, quality, and supply chain risks and define mitigation actions.
- Manage PCN (Product Change Notifications) and PTN (Process/Production Change Notifications) without compromising production timelines or product quality.
As Electronics Subproject Manager
- Take operational responsibility for electronics development within the overall hardware project.
- Coordinate and communicate sub-project tasks and ensure alignment with the overall project plan.
- Escalate conflicts within the sub-project to the related line organization and, if necessary, to the Hardware Project Manager (HPM).
- Request required resources from the hardware engineering line organization.
- Assign work packages to the sub-project team and provide direction to team members.
- Be accountable for all electronics development activities and project deliverables.
- Plan and execute the electronics development scope, timing, and R&D budget from acquisition phase to QGx5.
- Support the HPM in leading the electronics development team while ensuring milestone and cost target achievement.
- Initiate and track measures to achieve agreed target costs of PPC and development effort.
- Plan, set up, coordinate, control, and steer the electronics sub-project while leading the team of specialists.
- Support business units in customer requirement elicitation and analysis.
- Manage risks and changes within the electronics sub-project.
- Define the work breakdown structure, including work packages and associated activities.
- Participate in project system engineering meetings and report sub-project status to the overall project team.
