Bosch Home Comfort is seeking a Partner Program Manager to lead Sales and Marketing Programs. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives, as well as designing and executing the Bosch Home Comfort PRO partner program across the United States and Canada to support sales growth.
Job Duties and Responsiblities:
- Create a strategic approach to the program that allows us to be competitive in the marketplace
- Collaborate with sales teams to support growth strategies by identifying initiatives needed for partner programs and promotions
- Develop materials to promote program benefits and resources
- Collaborate with third-party partners and with stakeholders within the business to deliver best-in-class customer experience when it comes to program participation
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders important updates, reminders, and launches related to partner programs
- Track key-performance-indicators (KPIs) and report/present to leadership
- Manage and resolve inquiries and escalations from both external customers and internal sales teams
- Manage certain administrative aspects of program execution, including but not limited to purchase orders, invoices, rewards inventory tracking, forms processing
- Maintain program portal
- Support in-person and virtual customer events including distributor and dealer meetings and/or training
