We’re looking for a Senior IT Product & Service Manager (PSM) who combines strong product ownership with execution mindset. The role requires understanding of complex architectures, experience in technology leadership, and responsible for strategic decisions.
You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, and business leaders to turn vision into product functions and features using Agile principles to move fast, stay focused, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy:
- Define and own the product vision, positioning, and roadmap, aligned with long term digital strategy.
- Drive prioritization and investment decisions that balance value, risk, cost, and scalability.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and risks.
- Continuous improvement mindset, encouraging the team to explore new ideas and approache
Continuous Workflows Platform Migration:
- Lead the migration of legacy technology to Next Gen platform, leveraging new AI frameworks & solutions.
- Ensure seamless transitions with change management best practices.
- Manage keystakeholder expectation, and customer satisfaction.
Service Provisioning:
- Ensure service reliability, performance, and SLA alignment.
- Implement data driven monitoring and analytics to steer decisions and outcomes.
- Drive operational excellence through simplification and efficiency.
Technical Expertise & Requirements Management:
- Translate business and user needs into clear, feasible technical requirements aligned with desired outcomes, driven by data.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and no-code/low-code platforms.
- Understanding the workflow product is preferable, stay ahead of the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the platform remains cutting-edge.
Product Lifecycle Management:
- Own the entire product lifecycle: ideation → build → scale → optimize → sunset.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation by gathering and analyzing user feedback, conducting user research, and A/B testing.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform data-driven decision-making.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
- Act as a trusted product manager for global business and technology stakeholders.
- Secure alignment and buy in for roadmap, priorities, and change.
- Manage strategic vendors and technology partners with a focus on quality and long-term value.
