Your function consists in supporting the Customer Service in diverse missions:
- You are a point of contact for customers, sales and internal departments regarding their orders and the follow-up of shipments. Here you look at the possibilities to provide a solution for your contact person
- You advise customers and are in contact with them by phone and email
- You take care of the customer follow-up from A to Z
- You monitor and analyze the performance and also help prepare it
- You prepare presentations for customer meetings
- You support us in several ongoing projects
