Assume full responsibility for achieving turnover, profit, and market share targets for the complete Bosch Power Tools portfolio with defined key professional users.
Systematically identify, profile, and acquire new large key professional users within the territory, leading the entire sales process from lead generation through closing of frame contracts.
Actively manage and develop the existing customer portfolio to deepen relationships and maximize share-of-wallet.
Strategic Account & Tender Management:
Develop and execute strategic account plans for each key user, outlining growth opportunities and required resources.
Identify and pursue large national and public tenders, negotiating frame contracts and commercial terms autonomously to secure key contracts.
Solution Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Ensure the correct mix of products and services is offered to each key user, advising on value-added services such as Fleet Management and Full-Service contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams and other Bosch divisions to facilitate cross-selling opportunities and present integrated solutions.
Gather and provide actionable feedback to internal departments on market trends, competitor activities, and user demands.
Maintain accurate user data, visit reports, and sales funnels within the CRM system for effective performance tracking.
