As Back Office – Tier Business Operations, you ensure professional execution of commercial and operational processes for directed Tier business, enabling Front Office decisions through high‑quality data, documentation, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- You are a reliable partner for our Tier Sales Customer Account, with responsibility upon the entire product life cycle, from the acquisition phase (preparing Tier quotation including sample offers and commercial documentation, coordinating signature processes, quotation submission and PO confirmations) until the series business management (preparing customer letters for price changes and series cancellations, maintaining pricing data).
- Your strength is coordination of logistic operations with the departments SCC and LOG, taking care of customer packaging requirements, logistic tracking, SAP setup and EDI and you promptly communicate with the customer to satisfy any need for information.
- Your drive and innovate our process landscape, defining and implementing a new standardized process framework to ensure consistent creation and maintenance of the mapping of "directed tier" business to the proper OEM customer in SAP for accurate reporting and pricing across all divisions.
- You support with document standardization on various processes and drive continuous improvement and automation, aiming to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Business Units, Operations, IT, Logistics) to align requirements, validate process changes, and ensure successful adoption.
