Job Description
Lead and further develop regular internal reporting in line with the company鈥檚 organizational structure, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and clear management insights
Take ownership of the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning; proactively identify risks and opportunities and drive corrective actions to ensure target achievement
Act as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing strategic financial guidance and challenging assumptions to improve business performance
Take responsibility for reporting concerning personnel, investment, and project controlling; drive optimization of inventories and overall cost efficiency through data-driven analysis
Define, monitor, and continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs); ensure transparent and impactful visualization of financial and operational performance
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and insights to upper management and executive stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business recommendations
Lead ad hoc analyses on strategic topics and present findings with actionable conclusions to decision-makers
Facilitate and lead discussions with management on financial results, performance gaps, and improvement measures
Drive process improvements and automation within controlling, including active use and optimization of SAP and reporting tools
Actively collaborate across departments and take a leading role in cross-functional initiatives
