Job Description

Serve as technical authority and design lead for e-axle and distributed drive mechatronic systems
Develop system-level mechatronic concepts integrating motor, power electronics, gearbox, and housing
Lead architectural decisions, interface definitions, and key design parameter ownership
Perform system design calculations for performance, efficiency, NVH, and thermal behavior
Coordinate and provide technical guidance to cross-functional development teams
Analyze and translate requirements, support simulation and validation activities
Ensure compliance with functional safety, quality, cost, and timeline targets
Drive continuous improvement of design methodologies, tools, and technical standards
