We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Tableau Operations Administrator to join our team, supporting our client's global Data & Analytics platform. This role is focused on the day-to-day operational management and maintenance of Tableau environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and adherence to established protocols.

- As a Tableau Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for executing routine administrative tasks, monitoring systems, and addressing operational incidents for both Tableau Server (on-premises/IaaS) and Tableau Cloud. Your expertise will ensure the continuous and stable operation of our client's Tableau analytics infrastructure.
- Execute daily operational tasks: Perform routine health checks, system monitoring, and verif the status of Tableau Server processes and Tableau Cloud sites.
- User and Permission Management: Process requests for user creation, modification, deletion, group assignments, and project-level permissions within established guidelines for both Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud.
- Content Management Support: Assist with the promotion, deletion, and organization of workbooks and data sources as per client requests and procedures.
- Data Refresh Management: Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled data refreshes, identifying and resolving failures in a timely manner.
- Incident Response: Respond to and resolve operational incidents related to Tableau Server and
- Tableau Cloud, including server outages, service interruptions, and dashboard loading issues, following defined runbooks and escalation procedures.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and resource utilization for Tableau environments using existing monitoring tools.
- System Maintenance: Assist with scheduled maintenance activities such as restarts, cleanup tasks, and log management for Tableau Server.
- Documentation Adherence: Follow and update existing operational documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Request Fulfillment: Process and fulfill operational requests from users and other IT teams related to the Tableau platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior administrators and client IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
