Lead Social Media Strategy & Planning:
Craft and implement social media strategies that align with brand priorities, campaign goals, and local market moments across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Facebook, LinkedIn). Work closely with regional team
Content Creation & Campaign Support:
Develop compelling content—static, video, and reels—for brand and tactical campaigns. This includes creative storytelling for events like Ramadan, Back to school, and major sports moments etc
Calendar & Community Management:
Own the social media calendar from planning to execution, ensuring timely coverage of brand activities, local events, CSR, and influencer content. Support on-ground activations with real-time coverage and community engagement.
Influencer Management:
Build and manage relationships with local creators. Source, brief, and coordinate content creators for campaigns. Continuously scout and secure new talents, especially within the Qatari influencer space.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Liaise with PR, design, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure consistency across platforms and support on-ground campaigns, like booth setups or pop-ups.
Performance & Reporting:
Monitor, track, and report on social media and influencer performance. Use insights to optimize content direction and influencer mix based on business and engagement goals.
Stay Culturally Relevant & Trend-Savvy:
Act fast on local trends, platform updates, and pop culture moments to keep talabat’s content fresh, reactive, and relevant in the Qatari digital space.
Budget & Boost Management:
Oversee and track social budget for influencer activations and paid media content in collaboration with regional digital teams.
