We are looking for a Senior Brand Director for Delivery Hero, to be the driving force behind three of our most iconic brands: foodpanda, foodora, and Yemeksepeti. Operating at a massive international scale, you will oversee end-to-end brand management across 17 diverse markets spanning Europe, Turkey, and APAC.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary approach encompassing brand strategy, creative design, media buying, and brand research. Your ultimate goal is to cement our brands as the undisputed leaders in our users' minds while driving tangible business impact through high-performing creative assets.
Your Mission
Strategic Brand Leadership: Define a holistic brand identity and take responsibility for creating and maintaining a unified yet locally resonant brand vision for foodpanda, foodora, and Yemeksepeti across 17 markets.
Value Proposition Development: Design core USPs and communication strategy of the brand as well as different business verticals within the brand such as quick commerce, subscription program…
Media Strategy & Buying: Own the overarching media strategy, planning, and execution. Ensure optimal media mix and spend efficiency to maximize reach and frequency across diverse regions.
Drive Core KPIs: Take accountability for critical brand metrics, specifically driving Brand Awareness and Top of Mind (ToM), while ensuring strong performance and high Click-Through Rates (CTR) on product marketing, PM and other design assets.
Creative & Content Excellence: Accelerate engagement by establishing an inspiring look, feel, and tone of voice. Translate these into impactful content campaigns in collaboration with internal design teams and agencies.
Design & Production Leadership: Lead processes around graphic design, videography, motion design, and photography. Review assets to ensure consistent brand integrity, synchronicity, and alignment while developing distinct brand houses.
Brand Research & Insights: Champion brand research initiatives to continuously monitor brand health, gather actionable consumer insights, and adapt strategies to shifting market dynamics in Europe, Turkey, and APAC.
Team & Agency Management: Manage and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to bring the corporate brand to life. Steer and coordinate agency partners and service providers effectively.
Business Accountability: Oversee extensive budget planning, allocation, and monitoring to ensure maximum business impact across all brand and media activities.
