As a part of the data organization you will work to ensure customers have an excellent experience when ordering through the Glovo app. You will work on problems related to recommendations, operational efficiency, customer retention and more. You will be responsible for nurturing a strong experimentation culture, work on discoveries that drive the product roadmap and build solutions that impact millions of customers.

Leverage advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to solve for product and business problems that drive the highest impact.
Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to define the product roadmap and strategy, monitor and give visibility of product metrics and KPIs.
Drive product discovery, formulate data-driven hypotheses and convert them into analysis and actionable insights.
Own analytics tasks end to end in the product development cycle: from ideation and opportunity sizing to experimentation and post-launch impact analyses.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders acting as a strategic and supportive link between the technology, business, and product.
