About the Role
The Commercial Strategy Analyst Intern will be part of the analytical engine behind Glovo's XL business performance. As part of the Commercial Strategy team - a new and strategic capability within Glovo - you will get hands-on exposure to how data drives decisions in one of the company's most important verticals.
This is not a coffee-and-slides internship. From day one, you'll contribute to real work: helping build the tools our commercial teams depend on, supporting our performance cadences, and turning data into insights that reach senior leadership. You'll work closely with the XL commercial team, finance, and operations.
What you'll do
Support the build and maintenance of analytical infrastructure - dashboards, trackers, and performance tools that help the team understand what's happening across the business.
Contribute to our business performance cadence - help prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews for the XL vertical, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and tells a clear story.
Monitor KPIs and flag anomalies - help identify trends, spot what's off, and dig into root causes so the team can act quickly.
Help translate data into recommendations - package findings into clear, concise outputs for commercial and leadership audiences.
Support planning cycles - contribute to forecasting and QBR processes with solid, well-structured analysis.
Propose improvements - if you spot a smarter way to do something, say so.
