We are looking for a high-impact Performance Analyst to serve as the "navigator" for our regional business. You won't just be reporting numbers; you will be the bridge between data and action. You will own the performance narrative for Pandora Kitchens, identifying commercial risks before they hit the P&L and leading cross-functional projects with Sales, Growth, and Ops to move our needle on key KPIs.
1. Strategic Performance Governance
- The Business Narrative: Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review (WBR/MBR/QBR) process, translating complex metrics into a clear story for regional leadership.
- Leading Indicators: Maintain the "Leading Variable" framework to track the drivers of the business (e.g., kitchen uptime, prep times, menu conversion) before they impact lagging financial results.
- Performance Auditing: Identify underperforming brands or locations and collaborate with the commercial team to design and execute turnaround plans.
2. Financial Forecasting & Risk Mitigation
- Forward-Looking Analysis: Build detailed financial and demand forecasts to guide resource allocation and budget planning.
- Commercial Guardrails: Proactively highlight upcoming challenges in commercial margins or cost structures, providing data-backed recommendations to mitigate risks.
3. Growth & Cross-Functional Initiatives
- Special Projects: Assist in high-priority initiatives with Growth, Sales, and Operations teams to optimize kitchen utilization and drive order frequency.
- Commercial Optimization: Partner with Account Managers to optimize the brand mix and pricing strategies, ensuring every square foot of kitchen space is maximized for ROI.
4. Ecosystem & Product Liaison
- Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary regional stakeholder for Central Product and Data teams. Ensure regional needs are reflected in product roadmaps and that data infrastructure supports local commercial needs.
- Process Automation: Work with central teams to automate manual tracking, allowing the regional team to focus on "the why" rather than "the how."
