Role Summary
The Head of Account Management is responsible for driving strategy, growth, sales, account management, and marketing by identifying key performance drivers and KPIs, and translating them into targeted strategies, clear objectives, and actionable plans.
The role requires a strong leadership presence, capable of shaping high-level strategy while remaining hands-on and detail-oriented. The individual must effectively influence both direct and indirect stakeholders, internally and externally.

- Own overall operational and financial performance to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Identify growth opportunities and set clear targets for new acquisitions and existing accounts.
- Manage end-to-end performance, with a deep understanding of performance drivers across segments to win with partners and customers.
- Plan and lead on-ground marketing activities in alignment with the company’s broader marketing strategy to drive demand and sales.
- Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to strengthen market positioning and drive growth.
- Unlock additional revenue streams through non-commission initiatives (e.g., advertising solutions).
- Lead, coach, and develop the team to ensure high performance, accountability, and achievement of targets.
- Set clear individual goals, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback to support team development.
- Scale the team in line with business needs and onboard new talent effectively.
- Create and analyze detailed performance reports, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Ensure effective use of internal tools, systems, and dashboards to track performance and execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to achieve KPIs.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in operations and culture.
- Partner with Public Relations and Communications to represent the business in external engagements.
