Working experience with desgining a scalable Web Solution. Experience with Microservice architecture, AWS technology stack and serverless is preferable.
Proficient in Python/Go/ Node/Ruby/Java (spring boot, spring batch)/C# (.Net Core)/C++. Experience with modern CI/CD tools is preferable.
Proficient and seasoned in handling SCRUM teams involving Devs and QA.
Proven track record to grow and manage an engineering organization of 15+ with an ability to also provide leadership.
Deep understanding of Agile development practices and other engineering processes.
Hands-on technical knowledge of Software Security, Multi-tenancy, Scalability, and High Availability.
Solid understanding of enterprise-grade applications, business processes, and use of the latest technologies.
Prior experience with driving continuous improvement and the ability to implement creative ideas to significantly improve the overall performance of the team.
