• Own and manage Cricut’s marketplace operations across Asia, including Shopee, Lazada,
Amazon, and Rakuten
• Drive revenue growth through optimization of product listings, pricing, promotions, and
assortment
• Execute and optimize marketplace campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, flash sales, bundles,
vouchers)
• Manage and scale marketplace advertising, including campaign setup, keyword strategy, bid
optimization, and ROAS improvement
• Optimize PDPs (titles, keywords, images, and content) to improve search visibility and
conversion rates
• Build best practices and playbooks to standardize execution across markets
• Partner with in-market teams to localize content, keywords, and campaigns for non-English
markets
• Analyze performance across platforms and implement improvements to drive traffic,
conversion, and revenue
• Ensure strong platform hygiene, including stock accuracy, listing quality, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, content, product, and
regional teams
• Manage a high volume of activity and prioritize effectively to deliver results on time
• Communicate performance, insights, best practices and actions clearly to stakeholders
