Jackie Cooper Imports of Tulsa is seeking a Service Business Development Center representative to assist the service staff establish customer appointments. - Handle inbound calls to set appointments for service department
- Make outbound calls to create more service opportunities
- Assist in service department administrative tasks
- Coordinate with sales department to fulfill post-purchase appointments
- Orchestrate service status checks with service advisors
- Must be available to work 9am - 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; and 8am-5pm every Saturday.
- Base hourly rate of $15.50 plus a compilation of task-related bonuses based on performance equals a competitive pay plan with hourly rate potential reaching $22 per hour!
