As a CRM Operations Lead focused on the Casino product, you will be responsible for a team of associates, ensuring the day-to-day execution and optimization of our CRM campaigns across the USA and Canada.
You will work closely with the Casino CRM strategy team to ensure that all campaigns are relevant, effective and drive engagement across our customer base. You will ensure that all campaigns are completed to the highest standard, ensuring localized, industry and marketing-focused best practices are applied and adhering to regulatory and marketing standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sports and online casino betting mechanics and promotions.
The salary range for this position is between $75,000 - $105,000 annually.
