We are looking for you to join our team as an Information Systems Administration Generalist focusing on IT Site Installations based out of Tampa, Florida.

What You’ll Get to Do
Responsibilities
Travel, coordinate and perform hardware integration, relocation, and periodic maintenance in Department of Defense (DoD) and DoD accredited Government and contractor facilities
Frequent collaboration with internal company and external contacts
Develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
Work under general supervision
These positions can be filled at the Information Systems Administration Generalist or Principal Information Systems Administration Generalist level
Basic Qualifications for Information Systems Administration Generalist level:
Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 4 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 6 years of IT experience is required.
US Citizenship
Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance to be considered. TS/SCI clearance must be in place by the start date and must stay in place through employment.
Must possess a current DoD 8570 Certification for IAT Level II or higher prior to start date (example: Security+ CE)
Moderate understanding of computer networks and the OSI model. A firm understanding of layer 1 for the purposes of connectivity and troubleshooting is essential
General understanding of Visio drawings, network diagrams, and rack elevation drawings
Basic knowledge of remote administration tools and connection procedures (e.g., using RDP, VPN, or proprietary remote‑support software to securely access a user’s desktop and troubleshoot issues in real‑time)
Experience deploying computer equipment in non-familiar workspaces
Must be able to work standing and lift 50lbs
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrates understanding of, and the ability to apply, lifecycle‑management principles that secure a computer network’s hardware and software requirements
Managing the tracking of basic hardware maintenance schedules for a complex distributed network architecture
Must be knowledgeable of the complexities of dealing with both software & hardware license and warranty issues. This includes cost evaluations and variations
Experience with Cisco network equipment (Cisco certifications a plus)
General knowledge of supply chain and product integrity concepts
Experience with IT procurement issues and supply chain integrity
Experience in shipping and receiving equipment and the use of DD1149 form
