- Coordinate and support IT projects from initiation through completion, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and result validation
- Manage IT ticketing systems and help desk operations, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation of issues and requests
- Serve as a liaison between IT teams, departments, and external vendors, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables
- Track and monitor IT project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation, escalating critical issues to management for decision-making
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory, software licenses, and hardware tracking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and distribute regular status reports, meeting minutes, and performance dashboards to stakeholders
- Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees, coordinating IT access provisioning and equipment allocation
- Assist with IT process improvement initiatives, analyzing workflows and recommending optimizations to enhance efficiency
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, expense tracking, and departmental budget monitoring
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting guidance to end-users, escalating complex issues appropriately
