We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Design Quality Specialist to join our Design team in Gothenburg, Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of design quality across our products and services.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes for design deliverables
- Conduct thorough reviews of design work to ensure consistency, usability, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to identify and resolve design issues
- Create and maintain design quality documentation, including style guides and best practices
- Provide constructive feedback to design teams to enhance overall quality and efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in design and quality assurance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design workflows and processes
- Work cross projects from initial benchmarks and target settings through to industrialization.
- Be responsible for Design Quality assessment and reviews on complete vehicle level as well as on part level.
- Have overall responsibility for reviewing and highlight visual surface quality problems within the digital and physical models.
- Highlight quality demands in each stage of project and call for quality reviews.
- provide support to the design department regarding technical constraints and opportunities as well as input regarding Design execution best practices within your area.
