With a sharp focus on modern practices and integration tools, we are looking for a candidate who stands out through their leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team working on telecom Mobile Radio Base Station related development
Interact with customers and end users to gather needs and requirement
Drive proactive proposals to improve the products and the program
Guide team members in development practices and ensure delivery of high-quality code and products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams sharing code base and CI team to meet project goals and timelines
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and technical excellence
Still be able to code part time and keep technical knowledge
