Job Description

What You’ll Do

Design and execute test strategies based on functional specifications and business workflows.
Develop, document, and maintain automated test cases integrated with CI pipelines.
Collaborate closely with Developers and Business Analysts to ensure feature clarity, test coverage, and quality outcomes.
Conduct exploratory and acceptance testing to validate new and existing features.
Analyze test results, investigate failures, and work with developers to resolve issues.
Suggest improvements to increase test effectiveness and reduce manual testing.
Participate in peer reviews and share QA best practices within the team.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying gaps and optimizing QA processes.
