Coordinating interviews (video calls, phone interviews, and on-site meetings) in close alignment with recruiters and hiring teams
Acting as the first point of contact for candidates regarding scheduling questions and ensuring a positive experience from the very beginning
Supporting the maintenance of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and contributing to making scheduling workflows more efficient
Assisting in the creation of creative employer branding content and actively contributing to the development of new social media formats
Bringing in own ideas based on current employer branding trends and actively contributing to new and ongoing projects
Coordinating various career events, from digital formats and in-house workshops to career fairs, including planning, execution, and follow-up
