Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through production to final delivery
Oversee buying, production processes, and quality control to ensure consistency and timeliness
Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships
Lead negotiations on pricing, product specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines
Optimize margins while maintaining product integrity
Analyze product performance and derive actionable insights to improve future collections
Identify growth opportunities and continuously refine product and pricing strategies
