⢠The Mastercard Services global product team is seeking a Specialist to support the evolution of consumer research in the Business &Market Intelligence business.
2. Role
⢠Independently analyze primary market research survey data using Python to generate clear, actionable insights
⢠Design and maintain Python-based data preprocessing and transformation pipelines to convert raw survey data into Power BIâready, analyticsâfriendly formats
⢠Identify opportunities for additional, valueâadded analyses beyond standard reporting and proactively suggest new analytical approaches and recommendation frameworks
⢠Translate complex analyses into clear narratives, executiveâready summaries, and wellâstructured reports
⢠Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review survey reports, refine insights, and suggest effective visuals for dashboards, infographics, and presentations
⢠Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and actively share best practices, learnings, and reusable assets to continuously improve analytical quality and team productivity
3. All About You
⢠3+ years of relevant experience in analytics, consulting, or market research
⢠Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
⢠Strong handsâon Python skills (especially for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis)
⢠Experience working with survey or primary research data
⢠Strong analytical thinking with high attention to detail
⢠Comfortable writing insightâled reports and summaries
⢠Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fastâpaced, deadlineâdriven environment
⢠Financial Institution or a Payments Industry experience is a plus
⢠Exposure to Power BI is a plus
⢠MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification (preferred, not mandatory)
