Renuity is hiring an Onboarding Coordinator (Temp to Perm) to support high-volume hiring across our divisions. This role is critical to ensuring all new hires are accurately and efficiently onboarded within our systems—driving payroll readiness, data integrity, compliance, and Day 1 readiness.
As an Onboarding Coordinator, you will own the system-side onboarding process from offer acceptance through Day 1.
This role is critical to ensuring all onboarding transactions are completed accurately and on time within our HR systems. You’ll act as the operational backbone of onboarding—partnering with Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure every new hire is fully set up and compliant before Day 1.
Execute end-to-end onboarding transactions in ADP and HR systems with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
Initiate, monitor, and track:
Background checks
Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) verifications
Identify and resolve onboarding delays tied to system or data issues
Perform regular audits of new hire records to ensure:
Data accuracy (job codes, locations, start dates, etc.)
Compliance with internal standards
Maintain accurate and complete employee records to support:
Payroll readiness
Benefits eligibility
Downstream HR processes
Process onboarding for division-specific hires, ensuring correct workflows and requirements are applied
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure Day 1 system readiness
Collaborate cross-functionally with:
HR Operations
Payroll
IT
Follow established SOPs and controls to ensure compliance and audit readiness
High accuracy in onboarding transactions (minimal errors)
On-time Day 1 system readiness for all hires
Strong data integrity across HR systems
Minimal onboarding delays due to system or compliance issues
Seamless coordination across TA, HR, Payroll, and IT
1–3+ years experience in:
HR / onboarding coordination
HRIS or system-based administrative work
High-volume, detail-oriented operational roles
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Ability to manage high-volume transactional work with strong follow-through
Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system/data issues efficiently
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High School Diploma required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
You’ll work across tools including:
ADP (HRIS / onboarding)
Ashby (ATS partnership)
Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel)
Other internal systems as needed
