Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
As an Education Team Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in growing Replit’s presence across top university campuses in the United States. You’ll help design, launch, and scale programs that empower students to build software with Replit — from hackathons and workshops to campus ambassador initiatives and partnership activations.
You’ll work closely with the Community Program Lead and cross-functional partners in Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to drive engagement at target schools and turn students into passionate Replit builders and advocates.
This internship is ideal for someone who is deeply embedded in the college tech ecosystem, has strong project management instincts, and is excited about the future of AI-powered software creation.
Campus Activation Strategy: Help design and execute a campus activation playbook targeting Top 25 Engineering and Top 25 Business programs (grad and undergrad) across the U.S. Identify the right student orgs, CS clubs, entrepreneurship centers, and innovation labs to partner with.
Campus Leader Program Support: Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling a cohort of Campus Leaders — student ambassadors who run Replit workshops, demo days, and hack sessions at their schools.
Event Programming: Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events (workshops, webinars, build-a-thons) that teach students how to vibe code and ship projects on Replit. Own run-of-show documents, speaker coordination, and post-event follow-ups.
Content & Enablement: Create playbooks, one-pagers, social media toolkits, and presentation templates that Campus Leaders and student partners can use to promote Replit on campus.
Community Engagement: Monitor and engage with student communities on Discord, Slack, and social media. Surface feedback, feature requests, and success stories to the internal team.
Metrics & Reporting: Track program KPIs (event attendance, signups, projects shipped, referral conversions) and prepare weekly dashboards to share with the Education team and leadership.
