The Application Specialist (AS) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for executing customer service strategies, contributing to the applications and field services team in favor of our customers, being a powerful ally and promoter of our solutions, as well AS must perform at a high level to deliver in a solid way, is also responsible for supporting the marketing and commercial strategies.

This position reports to the Service Coordinator MX and is part of Services Department located in México Cityto cover Mexico

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Contribute as a team member and in partnership with their peers and the entire organization to achieve results.
• Support the service business, execute the budget premises, overtime, spare parts consumption, travel and expenses, all Beckman Coulter resources, and key metrics performance.
• Ownership and accountability for after sales customers on service and customer relationship. Lead customer satisfaction results.
• Lead the elevation to assure response time aligned with customer and business needs.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Proven experience >3 years in workflow of clinical analysis laboratories theoretical and practical knowledge of in vitro diagnostics in Beckman Coulter and or similar product lines.
• Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedicine or Biology
• Proficient in English, native speaker of Spanish & Microsoft office skills proven

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Ability to travel – 50 % travel in Mexico
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Preferably current visa and passport
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 20 Kg, any other physical requirements

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
