Reporting to the Plant Quality Manager, you will implement and support food safety and quality programs at the Russellville, Arkansas manufacturing facility. With a high level of individual accountability, you will execute daily quality activities, own batch management and process instructions, support process and product initiatives including trials and launches, and collaborate with crossâfunctional partners to ensure regulatory compliance, food safety, and continuous improvement across the plant.
This role is onsite at our food manufacturing site in Russellville, AR.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Analyze quality and food safety data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, and provide input to product safety and quality decisions.
Provide technical expertise, data analysis, and decisionâmaking support to manage quality and food safety issues and investigations.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Research and Development, and other crossâfunctional partners to ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Design, implement, evaluate, and continuously improve quality processes and procedures within assigned technical areas.
Support and guide others within assigned technical areas and participate on crossâfunctional teams to ensure effective implementation of quality initiatives and supplier process improvements.
Perform assigned technical duties in support of departmental quality processes and procedures.
Interface with plant facilities and packaging material suppliers to maintain effective working relationships and support compliance.
Coordinate research and development trial planning, execution, and sample collection with plant leadership.
Create, update, and maintain product batch sheets and plantâlevel process instructions.
Update plant systems to support new products, reformulations, and product innovations.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
Bachelors Degree and 3+ Â years of experience in food manufacturing or a regulated manufacturing environment. 5+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
Strong knowledge of food safety principles, food manufacturing processes, and related technologies.
Working knowledge of Safe Quality Food standards, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points principles (HACCP), and government regulatory requirements, including Global Food Safety Initiative, Food Safety Modernization Act, FDA, and USDA.
Experience with batch management systems and understanding how batch flows connect to plant operations.
Handsâon experience with manufacturing systems such as SAP and Oracle.
Experience performing Preventive Controls Qualified Individual responsibilities.
Familiarity with vision inspection systems and plant quality systems such as Infiniti.
Skill in interpreting and executing process instructions, including ingredient verification and critical control checks.
Project management experience supporting crossâfunctional initiatives such as trials, reformulations, and product launches.
Operations experience with the capability to clearly communicate process requirements on the plant floor.
Strong troubleshooting, data analysis, investigative, and reportâwriting skills.
Effective interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate across functions and challenge decisions when food safety or quality is at risk.

You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination.
You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size.
This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employeeâs actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employeesâ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
