A caregiver in this position worksfull-time| days| 8:00am—5:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Develop, implement,manage,andmaintainoperational systems and activities.
Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
Review andmonitoradherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor'sDegree inBusinessAdministration, HealthcareAdministrationorarelated fieldand3years of experience in project management, dataanalysisand systems training
ORAssociate’sDegreeand5years of experience
ORMaster’sDegreeand2years of experience
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Data analysis experience in a healthcare setting
