Responsibilities & Essential Functions
Follow all CDK Global policies and procedures
Complete all mandatory assigned compliance tasks and acknowledgements
Meet or exceed all performance expectations
Proactively monitor and manage cloud environments (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
Investigate and resolve operational incidents, including root cause analysis.
Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Collaborate with development and security teams to ensure stable and secure cloud deployments.
Maintain and update cloud documentation and operational procedures.
Participate in on-call rotations as a primary responder.
Required Job Skills & Qualifications
Solid experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., EC2, S3, Azure VMs, GCP Compute).
Proficiency in scripting for automation and task management.
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver).
Good understanding of networking, security best practices, and incident management.
Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
