The Marketing Manager supports the day-to-day marketing needs of Catalight Academy while contributing to audience growth and course enrollments across the Academy portfolio. This role blends execution and optimization. The individual supports campaigns, launches, and content development while helping improve acquisition funnels, conversion rates, and learner engagement.
Essential Job Functions
Growth and Enrollment Support
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans aligned to enrollment goals
- Execute paid and organic campaign testing, including content, messaging, and audience targeting
- Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements
Campaign Execution and Content
- Write and deploy digital ads, email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional content
- Support course launches, live events, and key enrollment periods
- Partner with instructors and internal teams to align messaging and promotional timing
Audience Engagement and Learner Journey
- Help map and improve the learner journey from awareness to enrollment
- Develop targeted email nurture sequences and re-engagement campaigns
- Support audience segmentation efforts to tailor messaging to professional groups
Brand and Marketing
- Support adherence to brand standards across Academy channels
- Create Academy social media assets, including video, GIFs, and photography with timely, audience-focused messaging
- Research marketing opportunities and assist with execution planning
Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in a Marketing or Communications role.
- Project Management experience preferred.

- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and a working knowledge of HTML.
- Proficiency in utilizing and manipulating photography and graphics for website and social media posts to amplify our community's voice.

Conditions of Employment
- Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ). The People & Performance Department must analyze DOJ/FBI live scan reports in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, as well as fitness for the position.
- Ability to obtain and maintain clearance through the Office of Inspector General.
- Must attend any required training.
