Position Overview:
As part of the talented Harris Fort Wayne team, you will play a key role in sustaining and advancing the welding and fabrication processes that power Harris Pontoon Boats. In this role, youâll bring expertise in metallurgy and failure analysis to support the performance and durability of aluminum boat chassis, while also helping drive innovation through the implementation of automated weld cells. Youâll partner closely with cross-functional teams to solve problems, improve processes, and support ongoing growth and expansion.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $84,500 - $123,900 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.Â
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidateâs qualifications and the business context.
