The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level Quality Systems Specialist (Level 3) to support the BSC Site Quality Compliance Program, as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) based out of North Charleston, South Carolina on 1st shift.

Responsibilities
Coaches and educates the workforce on BPI-6909 and associated business processes and procedures
Reviews site/building compliance status via Scorecard; corrective actions; best practices; areas with help needed (yellow/red)
Assists in the deployment of Enterprise / BCA FOD and Tool Control initiatives
Assists on FOD incident investigations, Corrective/Preventative actions.
Performs Daily/Weekly Sweeps with K Level, Sr. Managers/Executives
Performs independent FOD Sweeps and Assessments
Ensures Building FOD zones remain identified with visible signage
Educates Managers on how to respond to FOD & Tool control Findings
Leads team onboarding to include training new team members.
SME â Manage system administration and interprets, gives, guidance and develops plan on FOD initiatives
Works under general direction.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a âUS Personâ as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. âUS Personâ includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, Manufacturing, Quality or experience in a regulated environment.
3+ years of experience in analyzing, assessing and interpreting various types of data to produce detailed quick analyses to senior and executive management.
3+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment and/or business unit team.
3+ years of experience in composing and editing documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Experience working within a fast-paced team environment required strong communication skills to frequently interact with Program Leadership, internal and external customer representatives and development teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience identifying critical path analysis, float analysis, schedule impact analysis, recovery planning, root cause analysis, trend analysis, schedule quality metrics, and risk analysis.
Quality Investigations (QAI) experience Â
Experience with Compliance Programs Â
787 Program experienceÂ
Experience with Velocity, CMES, REDARS/EID and COGNOS
1+ years of experience in a leadership role, leading teams or projects to successful completion
1+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.
