The W. P. Carey School of Business Undergraduate Programs Office is seeking an energetic, personable, service-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join its Enrollment and Engagement team at the Polytechnic campus in east Mesa. The Enrollment and Engagement team works to recruit incoming business students and implement programming aimed at retention, leadership development, and engagement of W. P. Carey students. This individual will be responsible for recruitment efforts, delivering recruitment and admissions services to prospective and admitted students and their families to prospective and admitted transfer and first-year students. This individual will also be an integral part of our first-year and transfer recruitment efforts.Ā
The Enrollment and Engagement Coordinator will assume general undergraduate admission responsibilities that include but are not limited to: delivering presentations to prospective students and families; coordinating CRM database (Salesforce) responses and managing assigned campaigns; meeting with current and prospective students to discuss business degree programs, resources and opportunities; resolving issues and recommending measures to improve effectiveness and efficiency within the department.
The position will require in-state travel and work hours will include evenings and weekends.

Salary Range:
$48,600-$56,700; to commensurate with education and experience.
Essential Duties:
Provides valuable quality service to prospective students (first year, international and transfer) and families via recruitment events, one-on-one appointments, calls and emails regarding the W. P. Carey application and enrollment process
Acts as primary contact for two Maricopa Community Colleges and 10 Arizona high schools working with advisors and prospective first-year and transfer students
Presents with enthusiasm and confidence at information sessions, education fairs, high school fairs as well as conducts information meetings with prospective students and families
Delivers presentations promoting the W. P. Carey School of Business to prospective students and their families, high schools and community college faculty, and counselors and administrators
Establishes and maintains relationships with student service providers at ASU to augment referrals and request information for prospective students
Assists with the K-12 outreach and recruitment efforts
Coordinates summer program activities and events including but not limited to Rising Leaders Programs and Fleischer Scholars Program
Oversee all aspects of admissions strategies and the implementation of student engagement programs
Developing, planning and marketing events and programs for the Business Community (the residential community for first-year business students)
Facilitating WPC 101 courses and working directly with student facilitators to ensure curriculum standards
Coordinator WPC 484 facilitation, covering leadership, facilitation skills, WPC 101 content review, and assignment grading.
Developing, marketing and implementing student leadership opportunities
Coordinating and managing New Student Orientation programs
Advising student business clubs and organizations; and developing events to recruit, engage and retain students

Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in related field
Experience working with students in higher education, including student engagement, advising, or student success initiativesĀ
Experience mentoring, advising, or supervising student leaders, employees, or student organizations, with knowledge of student development theory and practiceĀ
Strong communication skills, including public speaking, presentation delivery, and professional written communication, with experience in marketing, outreach, or communications strategiesĀ
Experience in program and project management, including planning events, coordinating initiatives, and assessing program effectiveness to drive continuous improvementĀ
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and community partnersĀ
Experience supporting student populations and fostering environments that promote student successĀ
Experience in recruitment, customer service, or other externally facing roles requiring proactive engagement and responsivenessĀ
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesĀ
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Working Environment:
Activities are primarily performed in a regular, climate-controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, walking.Ā
Visual acuity and manual dexterity associated with daily use of computer, keyboard, and computer mouse.
Bending, stooping, reaching, lifting and pushing objects of varying weights up to 50 pounds.Ā
Ability to clearly communicate verbally, read, write, see and hear to perform essential functions.
May include exposure to external environment/climate conditions including walking on uneven surfaces, climbing and high temperatures.
Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities that may include and/or are subject to the resolution of conflicts.
This position requires evening and weekend work.
