Position Overview:
The Sales Operations Associate, specifically within the RMA Team, focuses on managing the RMA lifecycle and resolving post-sale disputes within a global corporate environment. Their target is to ensure efficient returns management, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and efficient on-time communication.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End RMA Management: Own the full return lifecycle, including issuing RMA numbers, tracking incoming goods, and coordinating repairs, replacements, or credits with the suppliers, our integration facility, warehouse and finance teams.
Dispute & Claim Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer and partner claims related to shipping damages and logistics delays.
Global Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between international customers, external suppliers, and internal departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Logistics) to ensure timely resolution.
Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with vendors regarding warranty claims, part replacements, and reconciliation of vendor invoice discrepancies.
Data Integrity & ERP Management: Maintain accurate records of all return activities and claims in the company’s ERP (Oracle) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.
Qualifications:
Education: Degree in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in sales operations, customer service, or logistics, preferably in a company selling products and with a specific focus on RMA or claims management
Languages: High level of English (written and oral).
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
