POSITION SUMMARY
TheProperty Management Administratorreports to theSenior Regional Property Managerandis responsible forsupportingmarket-level property management teams foran assignedreal estateportfolio.ThePropertyManagement Administratorāsobjective istobe a point of contact for tenants within the portfolio,tomaintainhigh levels of tenant satisfaction,to maintain low levels of accounts receivables,and to actively support the property management teamsin processing contracts, invoices, internal requests, and tenant service requests.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Tenant Services:
Executesa high levelof customer service totenants within the portfoliothrough a sense ofurgencywithresponding totenant requests,andactively dispatching work orders to vendorpartners.
Ensures that the move-in/move-out processwithin their assignedportfoliois being executedtimelyandefficientlythrough coordination with the property manager.
Actively engages with tenants tomaintainlow levels of accountsreceivablesthrough regular contact, processing of collection notices,necessary chargebacks,and tenant account management.
Ensures that tenant certificates of insurance areaccurateand up todate.
Prepares tenant correspondence as directed by the Property Manager
PropertyPerformance:
Tracks and codes invoices to ensureaccurateandtimelyprocessing of expensesfor assignedproperties.
Activelymanagesvendor partner insurance certificates, purchase orders, work orders,and contractdocuments.
Ensures thatthe onboarding and offboarding of properties through acquisitions/dispositions is coordinated efficiently with the transactionsteams.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assumesadditionalresponsibilities and performs special projects as needed ordirected.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiencyin standardMicrosoft Officesoftware programs
Ability to communicate effectivelywithtenants, vendorpartnersandinternal teams.
Ability to interpretproperty-level and corporatedocuments such astenantleases andpolicymanuals.
Associateāsdegree or vocational training.Ā Previousexperience working with multiple managers and departments.Ā Ā

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
$65,000 - $75,000 / annum
