You'll be joining a fast-scaling, founder-led European B2B company trusted by some of the most recognisable brands in retail, hospitality, tech, and luxury across Germany and beyond. Founded in 2014, they have built a premium product with a loyal AAA client base — and they are now aggressively expanding their enterprise partnerships across Europe.
This is not a company that needs to prove itself. The product sells itself to the right people. What they need now is the right person to get it in front of them.
THE ROLE
This is a pure hunter role — senior, strategic, and highly autonomous. You will own the acquisition of major brand clients from identification all the way through to close. You won't be handed a warm pipeline and told to manage it. You'll build it yourself, work it yourself, and close it yourself — supported by an expert internal team who handle all project execution once you bring the client in.
If you've spent time in a marketing or creative agency and built relationships with brand-side decision-makers, this role was designed for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify, approach, and close complex, high-value signage partnerships with major European brands
Build and own relationships at C-Suite and senior decision-maker level — not just maintain them
Act as the strategic bridge between client needs and internal experts — brief sharply, set expectations clearly from day one
Develop a deep understanding of each client's strategy to identify upsell and expansion opportunities over time
Own your trade show presence — choose the right events, show up prepared, and convert conversations into pipeline
Make the right client visits at the right moments — strategic, not routine
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
3+ years in strategic B2B sales or key account management with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
Confident and credible at C-Suite level — you can lead a commercial conversation with a CMO or CEO without breaking a sweat
A genuine hunter — you open your own doors, you don't wait for them to be opened for you
Commercially sharp: you understand margins, contract structures, and how to navigate complex procurement processes
Background in a marketing, creative, or brand agency is a strong advantage — you'll come with the network and the language
Structured and CRM-disciplined — pipeline management is second nature, not a chore
German at native level — non-negotiable for this role
