Support month-end and year-end close processes for both entities, including reconciliations, journal entries, and preparation of management accounts.
Provide financial support for due diligence processes, including preparing financial data rooms, responding to investor queries, and coordinating with legal and auditors.
Contribute to internal FP&A and budgeting: building financial models, tracking actuals vs budget, and supporting CEO with financial planning.
Manage relationships with banks, payroll providers, and other finance vendors across both geographies.
Build and improve internal finance processes as the company scales.
