🏢 About the Role We are looking for a detail‑oriented Occupancy & Retention Support Agent to support our Renewals Team by managing occupancy verification processes, monitoring renewal triggers, and initiating internal escalation workflows. This role is key in helping ensure timely and accurate decisions related to renewals, move‑outs, and escalations.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Monitor renewal-related triggers such as:
Month‑to‑Month (MTM) transitions 7‑day silence following MTM commencement
Create and manage Exterior Occupancy Checks in the iVueit platform following SOPs Configure surveys with a 72‑hour SLA and standard service windows (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Review occupancy results and route outcomes to the correct teams:
Move‑Outs Renewals Internal Escalations
Initiate escalation workflows and create tasks and work orders in Ender Assign work orders to maintenance and document requests accurately Maintain accurate logs, status updates, and documentation Support ad hoc administrative and retention requests Identify and flag recurring issues or process gaps
🎯 Required Skills & Experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs Comfortable performing repetitive and time‑sensitive tasks Experience working with multiple systems (iVueit, Ender, or similar tools) Clear written communication and documentation skills Ability to prioritize workload effectively Background in property management, renewals, or administrative support is a plus
