🚀 Responsibilities
Design and execute annual marketing plans. Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube). Create organic content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook), with an emphasis on short videos and educational content. Develop email marketing campaigns: lists, sequences, and loyalty programs. Generate B2B content for employers (success stories, landing pages, summaries). Write SEO-optimized web and blog content. Monitor metrics and present weekly performance reports.
💡 Requirements
-More than 3 years of experience in growth or content marketing, preferably in the healthcare, B2B, and B2C sectors. -Advanced English level (B2+, C1). -Proven experience managing agile, high-performing marketing campaigns with limited budgets. -Extensive knowledge of direct response marketing frameworks (Alex -Hormozi, Russell Brunson, etc.). -Strong copywriting skills: able to write for email, social media, and longer texts independently.
💡 AI AND TOOL PROFICIENCY (essential):
• Active daily user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for content creation and research.
• Familiarity with AI tools for video/image (Descript, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Runway, or equivalent).
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (Zoho, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
• Comfort creating and iterating content workflows without a creative team.
• Staying up-to-date on emerging tools: knowing which tools are currently being tested.
