Gigs is expanding into Brazil and this role sits right at the center of that buildout. We're at an exciting inflection point: the strategic groundwork has been laid, priorities are set, and we're now fast moving into execution mode across a wide range of complex workstreams.
As Senior Business Operations Associate, you'll be the engine that makes this happen. You'll work directly with our Brazil lead to drive execution across multiple high-stakes, ambiguous tracks, context-switching between a business development negotiation, a product requirement, and a process design challenge, often on the same day.
This isn't a support role, it's a builder role. You'll own problems end to end, drive clarity where there isn't any, and move fast to deliver results that matter.
